In an interview, Ndundu Young Fighters Head Coach Baboloki Chalashika said their final game was very important therefore they had to work hard to ensure that they score goals before their opponents and the plan worked for them.

Chalashika noted that they had a very good season as they played well and never lost any game. He noted that from their game with City King they observed some of the mistakes which they intend to rectify as they prepare for the promotional playoffs.

City Kings Coach Likha Phaphani has told Times Sport that they also played as planned, but it was unfortunate that they conceded an early goal which was an own goal. He said that the reason they conceded the own goal was that his players had started panicking, therefore they sat down and agreed to maintain their style of play which they have been using for the whole season, hence they managed to equalise goals.

‘‘Getting into our final game our plan was to get the maximum points, unfortunately things did not go well as planned, so we need to go back to the drawing board, our main plan was to go to National First Division but unfortunately we lost it,’’ he said.
